After 23 years of closure due to civil war, Chinese embassy in Somalia has finally reopened.
After 23 years of closure due to civil war, Chinese embassy in Somalia has finally reopened. The embassy was opened by China's deputy foreign affairs minister Zhang Ming. The ceremony was attended by government officials and diplomats from both countries. Both Chinese and Somali officials see this as a great step forward which aims at improving the bilateral ties between the two countries
