Let Uhuru go: Why Uhuru defence lawyers want ICC case terminated immediately

President Uhuru Kenyatta’s defence lawyers have asked the trial chamber to terminate the proceedings against uhuru. In their response to prosecutor fatou bensouda’s request for further adjournment of the trial date, defecne lawyers stevn kay and gillian higgins have told the judges that since bensouda has no credible case and no evidence to support the charges against uhuru, it was time to put a stop to the case.
